Where possible, we’ll get the deliveries out on the same day. Our stock levels are shown online. They’re generally correct, but somethings have been proven to sell out very quickly.
Typically, if you get an order in before 14:00 we’ll get it out the same day for the next day delivery, via a normal service* HOWEVER – If you’re in a huge rush, and the T Shirt you want is needed to allow you to podium at a world championship round, or the only way of guaranteeing you get your bike on a ferry, please give us a call and we’ll confirm this for you. We’re about efficiency, but also limiting stress for all, please don’t just assume in these cases.
*Unless you’re ordering something the clearly says its a long lead item of course.
If you need to send something back, please do so in the original packaging and explain why you’re sending it back. We’re pretty fair with things – If you think its not up to scratch, tell us. If you’ve just changed your mind, or your partners found out and made you send it back, please tell us also. We rely on the feedback.
