This should be easy. Most important to us is that we’ll try and be gentlemen, and expect the same courtesy in return. If you’re a lady, then please maintain this when conversing with us.

We’re proud of our products and services, and we hope we don’t fall short, but if we do, please tell us and we’ll try and resolve it for you.

We have legal Terms & Conditions, and will issue you them if you wish to see them, but our general sentiments are as follows:

Our hard parts are designed and engineered to help protect your bike during and in case of use within an environment that is tough, damaging and dangerous. You are riding and enjoying a motorcycle, and nothing we offer or design can make that any less dangerous for you, your bike or your PCP ballon payment. Many of the parts are going to be fitted as aftermarket accessories to expensive bikes, generally being used either in competition or off road. Unless expressly stated you must assume that these parts will invalidate a warranty by being fitted – They are designed to REDUCE the burden on your bike from extended use beyond the beaten path.

We are engineers, and whilst we are pretty good at what we do, we cannot possibly hope to protect you and your bike from what you are going to do to it, but we do hope to reduce the likelihood of you being stranded on a trip or in an event by protecting elements of it from damage when you hit something hard. We’d like to think it’ll improve the resale or ease the end of finance assessment process if thats your route.

You will most likely at some point injure yourself when riding off road or on. If you are unsure of your own riding capabilities, we can’t help you by bolting something on. If you can’t bolt something on or aren’t confident in doing so, even with our instructions, please go see a professional for assistance.

There are parts of the world that differ to our UK base in respect of rules and regulations as to what you can fit to your motorcycle. Again, our parts are designed for off-road use or in competition, so please check it won’t put you on the wrong side of the law if you fit something that you shouldn’t have.

We offer a limited liability with our products, which essentially commits us only to our individual components being free from defects as fas as practicable. We think thats fair. Who knows what you’re going to try and do with your bike!

We do offer a crash replacement service though. If you break it, we’ll send you a new one, handsomely discounted, when you send us the old, bent and busted one for our wall of shame. we’ll also use it for product development.
